Shipping Info

• Receive Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more just enter promotional code:  AROMA at checkout.   

• Complimentary Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. 

• When using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount       code is applied to your order and before any applicable sales taxes are applied.

• Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.

• Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. If you would like to order multiple items that require shipping to different addresses please call us and we'll be happy to process your order by phone:  860-799-5043 (M-F 10a-5p EST)

• If received before 1p EST M-F, orders will be processed same day.  To insure maximum fragrance throw, we allow our bespoke candles to cure for 48 hours before preparing for shipment.  Weather permitting, most orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states take 2-3 days to arrive.  Please allow additional time during holidays.  

• Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays except during summer hours when shipping is limited to M-Th. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.

Return Policy

• Because each of our candles is made-to-order, we regret that we're unable to accept returns.  

We make every effort to insure that your order is received in the same flawless condition it was packed.  In the event that your candle is damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us within fourteen (14) business days, explain the damage and we'll send out a replacement asap:  info@mshumaa.com or 860-717-2366 (M-F 10a-5p EST)
